Orders
When you place an order, you'll receive a confirmation email. We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order — for example, if an item is out of stock or a pricing error occurred — in which case you'll be notified and any payment refunded in full.
Pricing & Payment
All prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout and are payable in full at the time of order. Payment is processed securely by our checkout provider; we never see or store your card details. Any sales tax due is calculated and shown at checkout where applicable.
Shipping & Delivery
Shipping options and rates are shown at checkout. Risk of loss passes to you on delivery. If a package is lost or arrives damaged, email us and we'll work with the carrier to make it right — see our Returns & Exchanges policy for damaged items.
Returns & Exchanges
Unopened items may be returned within 14 days of delivery as described in our Returns & Exchanges policy. Opened or used fragrance cannot be returned.
Product Information
We describe every fragrance as accurately as we can, including notes, size, and concentration. Colors and packaging can vary slightly between screens and reality; slight variations are not defects.
Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for the item in question. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version in force is the one published on this page when you place your order.
