Returns & Exchanges
14-Day Return Window
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging with all seals intact. Fragrance is a personal item, so opened or used products cannot be returned.
How to Start a Return
Email us at houseofarome@gmail.com with your order number and the item you'd like to return. We'll confirm your return and provide the next steps.
Exchanges
If you'd like to exchange an unopened item for a different fragrance, email us within the 14-day window and we'll arrange it, subject to availability.
Refunds
Once your return arrives and is inspected, we'll refund the item price to your original payment method. You'll receive a confirmation email when the refund is issued.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, email us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the item and packaging, and we'll make it right.
Non-Returnable Items
Opened, used, or final-sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.
